How do you use email Signature?

  1. A signature is text which goes at the end of outgoing email.
  2. Create signatures to show your name, your company or any line of info you wish to convey such as a slogan.
  3. Create different signatures to use with different email accounts or ids.
  4. Create different signatures for different times or moods and change them periodically.
