How do you create a form letter?

  1. Click Write, then click Write from the Send screen.
  2. Type a subject (optional).
  3. Type message.
  4. Click Save as form.
  5. Composing email window disappears as message is saved to form letter mailbox.
  6. Click Read. Mailbox shows.  Click Form letter in left hand mailboxes panel.
  7. When viewing saved form letter, an Edit button appears.
  8. Click Edit to work with a saved form letter.
